The Towson Town Center mall is extremely family friendly, as it offers a children's play area, the possibility to rent strollers and family restrooms. It also has a weekly Family Fun Day and complementary diapers.

The mall does not feature a cinema theatre.

The mall is in the proximity of the following destinations: the Townson Sheraton, Towson University, the Towson library and Goucher College.
